Success for Stowed Out and Myretonโs vintage marquee hire
The Stowed Out Festival 2013 built on the success of the previous year, with 2 solid days of music, child-friendly events and an art exhibition all taking place in the Scottish Borders town. Myretonโs spacious retro pole tent vintage marquee hire provided the perfect festival backdrop for a programme of both traditional and contemporary music, rounded off with headline acts Karine Polwart and Meursault. Karine was headline on the Friday and the crowd were enraptured with her powerful storytelling and performance. On Saturday Scottish indie rock bank Meursault were a fitting final act to the festival, wowing the crowd and leaving everyone wanting more.
Donโt just take our word for it โ Myretonโs Vintage Marquee Hire tents will be headed back to Stow again this August and looking forward to showing off our speedy pole tent building skills in order to provide the festival marquee for Stowed Out 2014! While weโre afraid we canโt guarantee another scorcher of a summer, we can absolutely guarantee that no matter the weather you will be able to sink in to the informal yet magical festival ambience in our retro tent. The full programme is yet to be announced, but once again our vintage marquee will play host to an all-round family friendly experience suitable for children, grandparents and everyone in between โ we believe Stowed Out when they say that this year promises to be their most exciting line up yet! So join us in heading to the Scottish Borders this summer โ Stowed Out is the perfect way to end the summer holidays and we hope to welcome lots of you to the Myreton marquee.
Have a look on the Stowed Out website or Facebook page for programme details, FAQs and how to get there and weโll meet you in the vintage marquee!
