Given just two weeks to convert a cow-filled byre into a veritable ballroom, fit for the most prestigious of functions, our team set to work as soon as the cows moved out to pastures new in the fields surrounding the Hawick hill farm. Power-washing completed, walls and roofing lined and an American Redwood floor laid, the transformation from cow shed to unique event venue was remarkable, as our photographs show. Soft drapes now hung where cattle once stood, with subtle lighting creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in which the guests were able to dine and enjoy themselves late into the night!
